Specialist Support for Neurodivergent Children, Teens & Families
Evidence-based strategies, delivered with compassion
I create & deliver bespoke support to neurodivergent young people aged 8-25, especially the ‘SENbetweeners’: those who are struggling in mainstream education but don't meet the criteria for a specialist SEN school place.
I specialise in autism and ADHD profiles, with or without a formal diagnosis, and I'm very much guided by the young person's needs rather than a one-size-fits-all system.
Drawing on 30 years working with young people, I bring an intuitive blend of coaching, psychoeducation and therapeutic tools to my practice, helping my clients and their families understand themselves, develop coping skills, and embrace what makes them unique.
I work with families in Henley, Reading and across the Thames Valley, offering both in-person and online sessions.

How we work together
We start with a quick chat about your situation and support needs. We can do this via email, phone, video call or in person.
The beginning of our work together will be a thorough and holistic consultation about your child’s and family’s needs, before coming up with a comprehensive support plan.
We then begin to put that support plan in place. It’s flexible, responsive and deeply personalised to your young person’s needs.
What do people say about working with me?
Our child was late diagnosed at 15 with ADHD and ASD, and it was touch and go as to whether they would be able to sit GCSE exams. There was a lot of procrastination, a short attention span, and an inability to plan their study effectively, which caused significant anxiety. They had become disengaged from learning. For our child, working with Judith was a turning point. She is able to tune into their wavelength, identify and empathise with their struggles, and help them find the processes and solutions that work best for them. She's also patient. Our child never missed a session with Judith and trusts her to this day. Our child sat their A-level exams earlier this year and is preparing to start university in September. Judith's coaching has been instrumental in getting them to this stage. We recommend her highly.

Working with Judith has made a remarkable difference for our daughter. She quickly built a warm, productive relationship that helped K feel understood and in control of what she wanted to work on. Judith’s mix of insight, humour and empathy has been invaluable for our whole family. Her detailed session notes and reflections give us structure and clear next steps, and her thoughtful phone calls have helped us see K's challenges in a new light. We’ve made small but meaningful changes to routines, meals and study habits, that are really helping. Judith goes the extra mile, sending tailored resources and study materials that have boosted K’s confidence and organisation. K is now more relaxed, sociable, and self-motivated, and has rediscovered her love of reading.
