ADHD & Friends
Join ADHD & Friends: a relaxed monthly meet-up for those of us fighting the chaos!
-
Are you navigating life with ADHD or wondering whether it might be somewhere in the mix?
-
Do you have a child or partner with ADHD traits and want to learn more about how to support them – and yourself?
-
Feel like you're the only one struggling with tasks that should be easy? (Spoiler: you're not!)
ADHD & Friends is a relaxed and empathetic space for you to explore practical strategies, get support, and connect with others who really get it.
You definitely don’t need a diagnosis to come along – ADHD & Friends is for any adult who relates to some or all of the traits associated with ADHD.
Each month, we’ll focus on a different topic relevant to life with ADHD and other conditions affecting the brain’s executive functions. From time management tricks, organisation hacks and procrastination busters, to self-care, mental health and sleep strategies, there’s something for everyone.
At ADHD & Friends, you'll find empathy, warmth and humour, so grab yourself a glass of something at the bar and settle in!
